2. Hosting and server logs
This website is served via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you open the pages, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data, in particular your IP address, time of access, the page requested and your browser identifier, to deliver the website and protect it against attacks.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
3. Contact form, email and phone
When you contact us via the form, by email or by phone, we process your details (name, phone number, email address, message and ride details such as pick-up location, destination and date) to answer your enquiry and carry out your ride.
The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract or performing the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Messages from the form are delivered by email via the service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) on the basis of the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request. Booking and invoice records are kept for seven years in line with Austrian statutory obligations (§ 132 BAO).
4. Spam protection
To protect the form against automated submissions we use Cloudflare Turnstile. It checks technical characteristics of your browser without setting advertising cookies. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. WhatsApp
You can send us a message via the WhatsApp link. A connection to WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) is only established when you click the link. WhatsApp’s privacy policy applies.
6. Cookies, fonts and analytics
This website does not set cookies for advertising or analytics and does not use tracking services. Fonts are loaded locally from our server; there is no connection to Google Fonts or other font providers.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Please use the contact details above.
If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde), Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
